Delivery Times Vary
Delivery:
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in UK. All orders confirmed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. www.redeyez.co.uk orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
For all Special Deliveries a tracking number will automatically be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched, you can use this number on the Royal Mail website to see the progress of your delivery.

Refunds & Returns:
The customer reserves the right to inform www.redeyez.co.uk of any returns within 14 days of delivery.
After this date the customer has 14 additional days to ship back the goods for a full refund, this also applies to sale items. Items must be in an unused condition to qualify for refunds.
International Orders:
All customers outside of the UK must accept liability on international parcels being sized/confiscated/lost in transit. Red Eyez cannot guarantee customs clearance on international orders. Please ensure CBD products are legal to import and use in your country of residence before ordering. Red Eyez cannot be held responsible for any import duty charged on international post, please ensure you have calculated taxes and duty before ordering.
